Gear I use
Everything on this page is something I own and shoot. I bought my first gun in June 2025, so the list is short, and it will change. When it does, I'll say why.
The only things I sell here are my own. If a link to someone else's product ever pays me, it will say so right beside the link.
Pistols
The first gun I ever bought, in June 2025, and still in my carry rotation. It's the pistol in the video about how I started.
One of the guns I carry. It wears a Holosun SCS 320 and is zeroed at 12.5 yards.
One of my range guns. It wears a Trijicon SRO and is zeroed at 25 yards.
Also a range gun.
Optics
One click moves 1.5 MOA. At 12.5 yards that's about a fifth of an inch.
On the Staccato it sits on a Dawson Precision DeltaPoint Pro mounting kit, and I had to shave part of the rear iron sight's base to fit it. That cut is permanent. To me it's worth it: the optic is much sleeker and matches the design of the pistol.
One click moves 1 MOA, about a quarter inch at 25 yards. The 2.5 MOA is the size of the dot, not the click.
To get it onto the P211-GTO I ordered a Calculated Kinetics RMR-footprint plate from Freedom Gorilla.
Carry
The modular system I use for concealed carry. A clip on the holster locks into a receiver on the belt and comes off with the press of a button, so one holster can move between setups.
Training tools
A sensor that mounts on the pistol and scores every trigger press. Mine records both dry fire and live fire.
A laser cartridge and a set of targets. The app watches the target and marks where each shot would have landed.
Zeroing
I print a grid target where every small square is one click on a 1 MOA optic, shoot a group, and count squares back to the middle. The targets and the tools are free. The course is the whole process, start to finish.
